Cancellation of the Parents Day (8/4)/ 授業参観(8/4) のキャンセルについて

Dear parents/guardians,

It is with sad hearts to announce that we will cancel the Parent Open Day for Week #3 of Summer School (August 4th, Thu).  As for Parent Open Day for the remaining weeks of the summer school program, Covid-19 cases will be monitored and a decision will be made at a later date.

This was a difficult decision, as we really enjoy having parents visit the school and experience lessons in an English environment.  However, Covid-19 cases have been remaining at the highest number throughout Japan and we would like to take all the necessary precautions.  Our decision was made with the intentions of keeping students, parents, and school staff healthy and safe.  We would also like to avoid any school closure.  This decision will aid us in achieving our goal.

We apologize for any inconveniences and appreciate your continued support.

残念なお知らせとなってしまいますが、新型コロナウィルス感染拡大状況を鑑みて、サマースクール第3週目の授業参観（8月4日木曜日）を中止させていただくことになりましたので連絡さしあげます。 サマースクールの残りの週の授業参観につきましては、その時の新型コロナウィルスの感染状況を考慮した上で、後日決定させていただきます。

私共も保護者の方々に学校を訪問していただき、英語環境でのレッスンを体験していただくことをとても楽しみにしておりましたので、この決定は難しいものでした。 しかし、新型コロナウィルスの感染者は日本全国で過去最多の感染者数を記録している中、必要な予防措置を取りたいと考えております。 今回の決定は、生徒、保護者、学校スタッフの健康と安全を守るためのものです。 また、サマースクールの休校も避けたいと考えています。 今回の決定は、私たちの目標を達成するための一助となると考えております。

保護者の皆様にはご不便をおかけしますが、引き続きご協力をお願いいたします。
