サマースクールのTシャツについて／T-shirts for Summer School 2022

サマースクール期間中のＴシャツ着用について

この度はサマースクールへお申込みいただきありがとうございます。

当サマースクールでは、制服の代用として、専用Ｔシャツの着用を義務付けております。参加期間中は、必ずサマースクール専用のＴシャツ着用をお願い致します。

尚、１着目は無料で参加者全員に配布します。（参加される週数に関係なく、お一人１枚です。）着替えなどで２枚以上必要な方は、１枚１，０００円にて販売致します。ご希望の方は、下記の注文フォームから期限までに学校に注文をお願いします。

追加でTシャツを注文する方のみ、 フォームを入力してください。

※以前コロンビアサマースクールに参加されて、いまでもそのＴシャツをお持ちの方は、以前のＴシャツも同様に着用いただいて構いません。

※Tシャツは、若干小さめの作りになっています。

注文方法　　　申込み期限：５月２７日（金）

支払い方法　サマースクールの費用に‹Ｔシャツ代\1,000×注文枚数分› を加算して、お振込みをお願いします。

※電話、EメールやFAXでのご注文はお受けいたしません。

Uniform for Summer School

Thank you very much for applying to Summer School 2022.

All participants are required to wear the summer school T-shirt during the program. We request you wear this T-shirt every day.

A T-shirt will be provided for free to all applicants. (1 shirt per person, even if you have participated in the program in previous years)

You can order an extra T-shirt and it costs 1,000 yen. Please fill out the form below and fax or email it to school by the due date.

Only those who would like to order extra T-shirts need to fill out the form.

※If you have T-shirts from previous years you are welcome to wear them.

※Summer School T-shirts are slightly smaller.

Due date for form：Friday May 27th, 2021

To pay for extra t-shirts simply add the T-shirt fee (1,000 yen x order quantity) to the participation fee and pay through bank transfer.

※We won’t accept orders by phone, FAX or EMAIL.
