Ready Graduate
Did you know that if you qualify as a TN Ready Graduate, you will receive an honor cord to be worn at graduation?
To ensure all Rossview graduates are ready for college and career, multiple opportunities are offered to prepare them for life beyond high school. TN Ready Graduates are students who earn a regular diploma from a TN High School and have proven they are ready for college and career as demonstrated by their enrollment in rigorous Early Postsecondary Opportunities (EPSOs) and their achievement scores on national exams like the ACT, SAT, or ASVAB.
To be considered a Ready Graduate by the state of Tennessee, a student must complete at least one of the following by graduation:
ACT Composite Score of 21 or higher (SAT 1060 or higher)
Four EPSOs
Two EPSOs + earn an Industry Certification (in an approved CTE program of study)
Two EPSOs + ASVAB score of 31
When students engage in rigorous instruction centered on their unique academic interests and meet success milestones that increase the probability of seamlessly enrolling in post secondary education and securing high-quality employment, students are more prepared to enter college and career with confidence.
