Members of the National Civic Collaboratory are individuals who would be described as civic innovators. These are people, engaged regionally or nationally, who serve as civic catalysts and are leading with original, dynamic approaches in their work. Citizen University actively seeks members that represent diversity across sector, race, ethnicity, age, ideology, background, and skill-set.
Innovative leaders in the national civic space, addressing community challenges & mobilizing others to do the same
Individuals able to make commitments of help and support on behalf of one’s own agency/institution and/or networks
Individuals who value mutuality, understanding that everyone has something they need and everyone has something to contribute
People who are seeking to bolster the civic culture of our country and our communities and want to lean into cross-sector collaboration as a practice
Ability to travel to and participate in at least one National Civic Collaboratory meeting per year
There are two ways to become a member of the National Civic Collaboratory:

Nomination from a current National Civic Collaboratory member
