随着我国经济不断发展，越来越多的农村劳动力逐渐向城市转移，与此同时和这些外来务工人员一同进入城市的还有他们的孩子。但是由于城市配套的公办学校校舍、设备和师资有限，难以接受大量的外来务工人员子女入读。因此富阳区政府于2005年9月创办了当地第一所外来务工人员子女学校——春江街道民主学校，现共有教学班12个，教师24名和学生506名。师资力量的匮乏导致学生可能无法获得足够的关注和良好的教学支持，尤其是英语和音体美艺术教学方面。希望你们能够给这些学生带来新的体验和活力，并在此过程中有所收获和提升。

        With the increasing economic development in China, a large number of rural labor force continue to come into the cities, and also with their children. However, due to the cities’ limited resources of buildings, equipment and teachers in public schools, it is difficult to accept all these migrant children to study. As a result, in September, 2005, the Fuyang government established the first local school for the migrant children——Chunjiang Democracy School. It now owns 12 classes, 24 teachers as well as 506 students in total. The lack of teachers leads to the absence of both enough attention on each student and the good educational support, especially in aspects of English and Arts teaching.
