Invention Convention Updates

Please be advised of the following changes to this year's Invention Convention:

• Invention Convention Event Details

  • Location: Cinnaminson High School - Honor Gym

  • Departure Time from Sending Schools: 9:30 AM

  • STEM Activities: CHS Library, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Judging for All Divisions: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM (No PM judging will take place)

  • Transportation: All participating students will be transported to Cinnaminson High School by 9:40 AM and will return to their respective buildings before the end of the school day. If your building requires a field trip permission form, please provide me with the necessary document. I will review school records and coordinate with each nurse to ensure students have access to their medications and that a nurse is available as needed.

• Invention Drop-Off:

  • Date & Time: March 31st, 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM

  • Location: Cinnaminson High School - Honor Gym

• Invention Showcase & Recognition Ceremony:

  • Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

  • Location: Cinnaminson High School - Honor Gym

  • Open to the community, with refreshments provided.

1/28: ALL digital media (digital logs, videos, pictures, feedback).

2/18: The Invention Convention drop-off will take place on March 31st from 4-5:30 in New Albany's MPR.

2/20: Home Depot will run a STEM/Building Workshop on April 1st from 6-8 pm. Kits are provided to students competing in the workshop, siblings can attend and help build, but will not get their kit. 

2/25: The K-2 Division will present during the SCHOOL DAY on April 1st. Students will be pulled from their classes during their 10-minute time slot. TBD: TIME SLOTS CLICK HERE
