Sewn with Tradition, Styled for today. Young designer Alia creates a Clothing Line  that Seamlessly Blends Comfortable Fabrics with Indonesian Culture.

Alia’s goal is to start a clothing line that combines comfortable fabrics with traditional Indonesian textiles like Kain Songket as a way of pursuing her personal interests while preserving Indonesian Culture.

The reason why she chose this topic is because it gives her an opportunity to explore her personal interests. Which is vital for her future career. Followed by how traditional Indonesian textiles like Kain Songket hold immense potential to become iconic in the fashion industry, while emphasizing the importance of preserving Indonesian culture.

After the research process like interviewing experts, pre-survey for future target markets interests and preferences, Alia's product was to create a small clothing line with a balanced proportion between comfort and culture And was proven valid through a post-survey by customers.

Alia shows the dimension of innovative, communicative, and action-oriented. By creating designs with unique fabrics into daily clothes, followed by communicating with target markets, experts, and production team, which enhanced her skills towards her targeted dimensions.
