Introduction

The goal for Dito’s culminating project is to promote baseball in his class by initiating a workshop (tutorial baseball for beginners). Dito is interested in baseball, he is a baseball athlete who joins a baseball club in Jakarta, and often takes part in domestic and foreign baseball competitions. By doing this project he wants to teach baseball skills to his friends, especially for the beginner.

Dito has learned a lot from this project, he learned how to create good planning, how to do research, how to deliver material and skill to the audience, and also how to reflect on his work and make some improvements. 

The workshop is running as planned, he received numerous positive feedback from the audience that attended his workshop.
