Introduction

The goal of this culminating project is to encourage other teenagers to contribute to solving plastic pollution by making a chair of ecobricks, and sharing it by using Instagram. It initially stemmed from her personal interest in researching plastic pollution for at least three years and she thinks that it is an urgent matter that needs to be taken care of, especially now that its effects are starting to be visible. She chooses to encourage others through ecobricks because ecobricks can secure plastics from contaminating the biosphere and inspire ecological consciousness. She uses social media Instagram to share the information because based on her research almost all teenagers use Instagram to connect one to another. The product of her project is a table from ecobricks. She shared her  product and information about plastic pollution through an Instagram account, which is @kageng_kito.
