The goal of this culminating project is to persuade more people to know better on how to eat healthy but still cheap. Emir is interested in healthy life. He think, our health is very important. Having good health is directly related to leading a productive life.
In May of last year, he developed moderate obesity which had been around for a long time. He was often said to be fat by her friends. There he started to feel sad and finally he decided to find inspiration and go on a diet.
Previously, he thought that "if I diet and eat healthy, I will spend a lot of money". So, he try to compare how much it costs in a week for his healthy diet to the food he usually eat. Apparently, the first week of his diet has cost just 200-300 thousand rupiah. While the food he usually eat can reach 500-800 thousand rupiah. From here, he continued his diet for 3-4 months and managed to lose 15 kg.
