The following information will provide an overview of the Talent and Training processes, documents and best practices adopted by Chick-fil-A, The Shoppes at Bartlett. All processes are a work in progress.

The goal is to arrange our Talent and Training Strategy in the most helpful order so that one can create and modify to individual needs and vision, while at the same time understand the links between our vision, plan, and execution.
