Letter-Keyword-Sounds Cards
In this unit students will learn about two different rules:
At the end of a one-syllable word if the word has one vowel that ends with an f, l, s, or z we double these consonants.
We also have the new letter-keyword-sound card all. We learn that when we have the letter a followed by l that it does NOT have the expected short vowel sound. We call this a welded sound.
