Dear Panther Families,

🌟 Exciting Opportunities at Moncure
Good afternoon, families! We are rocking it out at Moncure with several engaging opportunities for our students. Last week, we kicked off the Girls on the Run program with 15 girls in grades 3rd–5th. As we continue focusing on reading, our 5th and 6th-grade students also participated in a virtual author’s visit. In addition, our spring sports season has officially begun with baseball and volleyball. We are so excited about the learning and engagement happening across our school!

📚 Pizza for Pages is Back!
We are continuing to encourage our elementary students to read every night. The Pizza for Pages challenge is returning! Students will work to read at least 10 books and record them on their reading logs. We look forward to celebrating their reading accomplishments.

 Middle School Career Fair
Our middle school students will soon participate in a Career Fair, and we are excited to welcome several community partners. We will host this event on the morning of March 27th to help students explore different career paths.
