🐾 Moncure Families,

We are SO excited to welcome our Panthers back to school this Tuesday,  Happy Spring! 🌸

Before spring break, our middle school students had an incredible opportunity to participate in a Career Fair with over 20 participants! A huge, heartfelt thank you to our amazing business partners and families who showcased their businesses and poured into our students. Moments like these are a true testimony that Moncure has everything we need right here in our own families and community. We are a thriving community in the marketplace AND in the classroom! 🌟

As our Panthers return, we want to share an important update: we have decided to push our STAR Testing back to April 21–22. This gives our students more instructional days and time to settle back into a great routine after the break. Our final STAR assessment will serve as a helpful predictor for the End-of-Grade Test and provide our teachers with valuable data for end-of-year reteaching and enrichment.

As always, we encourage our students to do their best and take their time. Our goal is never to create stress.  It is to guide, support, and help every Panther reach their fullest learning potential. 💛

This month, we have several exciting family engagement opportunities coming up, and we want YOU in the building! Please stay on the lookout for upcoming dates and times. We would love to see your faces.
