Hand Sanitizer dispensers are located just inside the entry door of every building on Campus as well as other key locations.

Your office (if you have one) is vacuumed twice per week and all trash and recycling is centralized; please use the bins

All paper towels in restrooms are composted, so please make sure to use the compost bins 

Please do not put trash in compost bins, including "compostable" paper and plastic eating utensils (Chittenden County currently cannot compost those materials)

Quick review of trash, recycling, and compost: 

• food scraps, unbleached paper towels and napkins, coffee grounds, etc go in the compost

• metal cans, plastic and glass bottles, plastic containers (e.g. yogurt tubs), printer paper, junk mail, and non-greasy cardboard go in the recycling

• sharps (e.g., medical needles) go in sharps disposal containers only; reach out to facilities with questions about where these are located

• everything else--including used masks regardless of material, used paper/plastic coffee cups, "commercially compostable" eating ware, plastic wrappers and bags, hygiene products, and anything that does not fit into the categories above--goes in the trash
