Champ Support provides technical support to all faculty, staff and students. We are ready to listen to your computer and audio-visual related needs and will do our best to educate, problem-solve and connect you with essential tools and ideas for success.
Issues that Champ Support can help you solve include:

Please visit the Champlain College IT Services Portal to access a Knowledge Base of informational articles and to request service from Champ Support or another team. You can also easily submit a request or get in touch via our email, champsupport@champlain.edu.
Champlain College also provides 24/7 Canvas support through Instructure. If you have a tech support question about Canvas functionality or you have an issue with your Canvas course, we encourage you to connect with Instructure via the Help button located in the left-hand navigation bar in Canvas. You can call, email, or chat with them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Champlain-specific Canvas questions (about things like course access) can be sent to canvasadmin@champlain.edu if Instructure support cannot help you. Champ Support does not provide these services.
