Grab a piece of paper, a notebook, a journal, etc. and write out your answers to the following prompts:
What is stress (definition of stress)?
How do I feel when I am stressed out? How does my body react to stress?
What situations occur in my life that stress me out?
Is there such a thing as "good" stress? What about "bad" stress?
Do you think stress makes your life interesting?
