For this activity you will need your deck of cards and a pen or marker.
Next, you will write an exercise on each card in your card deck. For instance, on the Ace of Spades you will right "burpee." This means that you will complete one burpee (ace has a card value of one) when you flip that card over. Another example is writing "lunges" on the 10 of Clubs. This means that you will complete 10 lunges when you flip to the 10 of Clubs.
After you are done writing an exercise on each card, shuffle your cards. Throw one down to start your workout and complete the exercise on the card. Keep flipping cards over and completing those exercises. Pretty soon you will have worked up a sweat!
