For this activity you will need 6 cups and 4 challenge cards (pictured below). To start off, you will do one complete run through of each challenge, starting with Challenge #1 and ending with Challenge #2.
Once you have completed each challenge, you will then move onto the next "round." In this round, you will try to race against the clock! First, try to complete each task in under 45 seconds. Make note of how you feel as you race to complete each challenge.
Next, give yourself only 30 seconds to complete each of the four challenges. Does this feel any different?
Lastly, only give yourself 15 seconds to complete each challenge! Could you do it?!
