On Monday, we learned what stress is & took part in an activity that added stress to our plates by lowering the amount of time to complete a task. We also took a look at where certain stressors exist in our lives and decided to throw some of it away!
So, what are some other ways to reduce stress when we encounter it in our day to day life? Glad you asked! We can make our own stress toolkit which is exactly what we are about to do! Our stress toolkit will include a variety of methods that you can use to help calm your nerves and melt some stress away. For instance, you might use:

And more!
