If you had an open child support case while you were incarcerated, you may have been accruing child support arrears. This can result in wage garnishment and other consequences that might affect your pay at CEO and beyond. If this is the case, our child support advocate, Gil Rodriguez, is here to help you negotiate with OCSE to try to reduce or adjust the amount of child support you owe.
Gil can also assist with visitation and custody issues, act as a mediator between custodial and non-custodial parents, and more. If you're interested in his services, you can contact him with the information below!

Gil Rodriguez provides child support advocacy and assistance for CEO participants. He can:
Help file petitions for adjustments and downward modifications
Assist with visitation and custody
Provide certified in-house mediation between custodial and non-custodial parents
Accompany participants to OCSE hearings
Help you get your driver's license back
During P2E you filled out a waiver indicating whether you're interested in child support services - they're available to you throughout your time at CEO!
