Probation clients can come to the below NeON locations to receive free pre-packed bags of food despite not being able to come in the building.

This site has an interactive map to locate community food pantries and soup kitchens in the five boroughs, along with any requirements the location has to receive services.
These provide fresh produce and other nutritious food, with a "give what you can, take what you need" philosophy.
This church gives out prepared food and some groceries every Saturday through their soup kitchen and offers appointments to come to their food pantry throughout the week. It is located at the corner of E. 166th St and Boston in the Bronx. Micro Food Hub NYC

All lunch will now be provided for take-out only. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to eat lunch in the building.
Food Pantry: 9:00AM-11:30AM – Monday-Friday
POTS' pantry will continue to provide guests with take-home groceries, These groceries are currently being distributed via pre-packaged bags of food.
