We are excited about helping students stay physically active and healthy this school year. As a team we work with students from Herndon-Barstow Elementary and McKinley Elementary.

Coach Camposano has many years of experience in working with students and athletes. As a former Central Unified student, he excelled in wrestling and now coaches at Central High while being a PE instructional aid. Coach C enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle. Some of his his favorite activities include lifting weights, hiking, playing football and activities at the beach. Mr. Camposano is ready to help the students of Central Unified stay fit!

Coach Martinez has been a physical education teacher for 5 years after graduating from Fresno State. Coach Martinez enjoys working with the diverse community of Central Unified, which he calls home. Coach M is currently an Assistant Coach for the Cross Country team at Central High School. Mr. Martinez likes to stay active by running miles in the neighborhood, lifting weights, hiking and improving his golf game. Coach is looking forward to working with students and helping them live a healthy lifestyle.

Students are tasked with staying physically active for 20 minutes each day, Monday through Friday.

Students should complete the Fitness Log to track activity and minutes of activity. The logs will be graded by Coach Martinez every two weeks.

Virtual Fitness Log is to be filled out once every two weeks. Students can fill in their fitness log with the activities that keep them active for 20 Minutes a day, 5 days a week. For a total of 200 minutes in two weeks.
