You can do 5 rounds of 5 for each exercise: Total of 25!
OR
You can do 5 rounds of 10 for each exercise: Total of 50!
OR
10 Rounds of 10 for each exercise: Total of 100!
-Pull-ups (or Jumping Jacks)
-Push-ups (modify if needed)
-Squats (bend those knees)
-Jump Rope (with or without jumprope)
-At the end 5 minute Cool Down/ Stretch!

What are push-ups good for?
Push ups are good for creating strong muscles. The primary muscles during push-ups include Pectoral (Chest) & Triceps (Arms).
How Many push-ups can you do?
Coaches show students how to perform regular and modified pushups. Tell us how many push ups you can do when you fill out the FITNESS LOG!
