Intro to Journalism

This course is a survey of journalism-related occupations, an introduction to the critical examination of the roles of media in society, and hot to grapple with information in the digital age to evaluate credibility, analyze social media algorithms, and distinguish fact from fiction. This course will also explore the role and importance of storytelling in society. This is the introductory course for the Journalism Program of Study in CTE.
