Nature Pendant/Earrings

Create a pendant or earrings using bent wire elements and bead(s) that is inspired by an object from nature.  Include a cord and handmade clasp.

This Project has three steps:

1. Idea sheet

   •  Collect images of a natural object that you like or has importance to you.

   • Research images of other artists' work that uses natural imagery and engages you.

   • Make sketches of three possible projects that conveys something about your object.

2. Create

   • Choose one of your sketches and create an art work based on it.

3. Title and Reflect

   • Generate a title that contributes to how you convey your idea.

   • Reflect on what you learned, and how visual elements communicate ideas.
