Vision Statement

     As an educational leader, my passion is learning. When I was younger, I had a desire to read everything I could acquire and understand everything I could read. However, the enthusiasm I had for learning was not matched by the teaching methods and strategies I encountered. Hence, I visualize an inclusive learning environment where teachers desire to teach, and students yearn to learn. I want every student that enters our school to have a burning passion to read efficiently, calculate mathematics, and perform scientific equations that will prepare them for transcending accomplishments.

     My school will be one where parents and families are proud to have their children attend.  It is my goal to increase student performance and student achievement.  To facilitate this, I will establish a positive school climate that will evoke committed excellence from all stakeholders. As this will take effort on the part of all involved, I will build bridges that plainly explain educational language, expectations, and achievement markers. This will assist in overcoming current gaps that hold academic progression hostage. We will be transparent in our methods to teach and our strategies to unify education with real world experiences.

     Additionally, I will display love, confidence, and trust in everyone, which will ignite a school culture that stimulates effective communication, purposeful cooperation, and engaging collaboration with faculty, staff, students and parents.  I desire a close knit school environment that is tightly woven into the fabric of our community.  I will intentionally foster a nurturing school climate that will provoke relationship building, active community involvement and diverse educational strategies which will produce exceptional student achievement. We will be a well-disciplined school that will birth global success in all of our students.
