Families & Volunteers - OCS Donations

With so much going on around our schools, raising funds and collecting donations is a must. The generosity of Oakstone families, alumni, and community benefactors have allowed us to provide engaging programming for our students and their families, make necessary improvements and repairs to our school, show appreciation to our staff, and so much more. Here are some ways that you can give:

Wish Lists

An easy way to contribute to the school is to donate materials that are frequently needed. OCS has a dedicated Amazon Wish List. Staff are able to submit requests to have items added to the list as they are needed, and other items on the list are recurring needs. Any items purchased from the OCS list will be delivered directly to OCS and be for their exclusive use.

PALS also has an Amazon Wish List for items needed for events, fundraisers, and staff appreciation. Included in these items are those needed for the Care Cabinets maintained at both main campus and OCS. (Care cabinet items are delivered to the Middle School/High School to straining the already limited space.

Donating Funds

PALS sometimes collect funds in support of events in lieu of, or in addition to, materials. Sometimes, especially in situations involving fresh foods, it is easier for PALS members to make the material purchases than to have them donated. Staff Appreciation lunches are an excellent example. If you wish to contribute in this way, you can do so by cash or check. Please indicate the specific purpose of the donation on your cash envelope or check memo line. Make sure your name is on the envelope as well so we know where it came from - we will want to thank you! You can give your donation to the front desk at OCS. You also have the option of dropping donations off to the PALS Volunteer Coordinator in Bldg 939 or to the finance office in building 900.
