The Athletic Department was founded in 2011 and is an integral part of the total educational process of Oakstone Academy. Being involved in athletics provides our students with opportunities to develop leadership skills and to learn fair play and ethical behavior, which are necessary for competition and cooperation in our society. Athletic participation also provides our students with the unique opportunities for self‐discipline, self‐sacrifice, and loyalty to the community, the school, and the team.
Oakstone Academy encourages all students to participate in athletics by offering a well‐rounded program of interscholastic sports for both young men and women. Competition and cooperation are prized in our culture, and both are fostered by a well-conducted athletic program under competent leadership.
Please note that we charge an entry fee for games taking place in our gym and pool. Prices are as follows:
MS $5 Adults, $3 Students
HS $7 Adults, $5 Students

In order to fufill the requirements for home games and meets, we depend on parent volunteers. As a requirement for athletic participation, the families of all student athletes must volunteer for 2 events (per athlete) during the season or make the equivalent donation. Please click on the "Athletic Volunteering" button at the top of the page to view available opportunities and reserve your preferred dates. This requirement applies to all MS and HS athletes as well as those participating in 5/6 grade basketball. Please reqch out to your student's coach if you have questions.
