LESSONS
While we work hard to provide the highest quality instruction for our students, private lessons are an invaluable resource for a student to maximize their potential on their instrument. The group instruction setting of the classroom is primarily focused on ensemble skills, and though we do structure the curriculum to give as much attention to individual development as possible, there is no substitute for students being able to sit side-by-side with a professional on their instrument. Private lessons provide the opportunity for individualized instruction and goal-setting and a musical/aural model for students to follow. The better students get at their instrument, the more enjoyable their experience, so we highly encourage lessons!
