Wind Symphony

Course ID - Adv Band

The Wind Symphony is an audition-only ensemble comprised of some of the finest musicians in the Lakeside Band Program. This ensemble performs at a high level, consistently earning the highest marks at Large Group Performance Evaluations performing Grade V literature. The curriculum for this group is performance-focused and students in this ensemble are held to a high standard of musicianship and developing artistry. The majority of this ensemble regularly earn spots in the GMEA Region X Honor Band. This ensemble primarily performs on-campus, including their own unique feature concert each fall after the conclusion of marching season.
