Symphonic Band

Course ID - Intmd Band

The Symphonic Band is an audition-only ensemble comprised of upperclassman and advancing underclassman musicians. The curriculum for this group balances performance repertoire with a continued focus on building a sound fundamental foundation. This ensemble performs Grade IV literature at Large Group Performance Evaluations and many members of this group earn spots in the GMEA Region X Honor Band. This ensemble primarily performs on campus.
