LCCC Dual Enrollment Application Process
Details on the application process will be sent to students that are accepted into the program based on school eligibility requirements.
STEP 1: CHS Dual Enrollment Application
STEP 1: CHS Dual Enrollment Application
During the course selection process, students will complete the CHS Dual Enrollment Application. Completion of this form is the first step in the application process. It does not guarantee that you will be accepted into the program. Acceptance is dependent on your current academic standing at CHS and with the understanding that you will be expected to meet all CASD graduation requirements. You will receive an acceptance / declination email after submitting your application. This email will include additional information on the following steps.

If you are accepted into the dual enrollment program, you will be required to complete a free application with LCCC and may be required to take free placement testing at LCCC. Directions on how to apply will be emailed to you if you are approved by CASD to participate. By applying with LCCC you are not promising that you will take a course, however it will reserve your spot in the program if you decide to do so. The application is free and will only take you a few minutes. Please watch your spelling as you are creating your student profile and email address and transcript when you enter this information.
If you have previously taken dual enrollment courses at LCCC, you do not need to re-apply to LCCC.
Within 24-hours of applying you should receive an acceptance email that includes your L#, portal username, and temporary password. Save this email!
You will also receive an email to your new LCCC email address with information on the New Student Orientation and instructions for paying your tuition.
Please note that if LCCC requires additional information to complete your application, you will receive a follow-up email with additional instructions
STEP 3: Placement Testing

If required for your intended course(s), you must schedule placement tests with LCCC. You must pass your placement tests before you are registered for the course.
Placement tests can be taken in-person at LCCC or from home using a personal computer with webcam.
You cannot take placement tests on your school issued iPad.

STEP 4: Select Your Classes
Directions on how to select your classes will be emailed to you if you are approved by CASD to participate. Sit down with a parent/guardian to complete the Google Form that is sent to you in your acceptance email. In this form you will indicate your CHS scheduling needs and preferences and select your course(s). Please note, you will not be registered for LCCC dual-enrollment classes until you apply to LCCC and take placement tests, if necessary.
