The White Coat Ceremony has been set for Friday afternoon, August 8, 2025 at 2:00pm. You will need to be in your assigned seat by 1:40. You will receive a white clinic jacket symbolic of the professional responsibilities that you are assuming. A reception will follow the ceremony. Family members are invited to attend both the ceremony and the reception (please keep the number of family members to a maximum of 6).
For the White Coat Ceremony on Friday, you must be in your seats by 1:40pm. You will be seated in pews and if you are late, everyone will know because you most likely will have to walk down the center aisle and climb over several people to get to your seat. You should not wear suit coats, jackets or blazers to the White Coat Ceremony, as the white coat will not fit over them. Also, women may wish to consider not wearing heels to the ceremony. There are large open hole air conditioning grates that you may have to walk over. You will also be walking a considerable distance after the ceremony to get to the group photograph location and then to the reception.
