Tuition Payment and Form

The tuition form below is due by July 7.  Everyone is required to submit the form regardless of whether you will be paying or not.  

One-half of the first semesters' tuition and fees will be due by July 22, 2025.  If you are receiving United States federal government financial aid/loans, you will NOT need to submit payment, but you DO still need to submit the form.  If you are an international student not eligible for US loans or if you are a US citizen who will not be utilizing government loans, you will need to submit your form by July 7 AND your payment by July 22.  In addition, every student must complete the Financial Responsibility Agreement in SIS. You can find instructions at: http://case.edu/studentaccounts/guide/fra/  Please complete this agreement before completing the form below.  

Please do not submit any payment until after the charges appear in your SIS account.  Charges should begin appearing in your account by either July 1 or July 18, 2025.

The only options to pay this first payment are:

1. Online payments--preferred method (electronic bank transfer, credit/debit cards (fees apply), or domestic wire transfer. (Can be paid through the link in SIS)

2. Check or money order--see instructions below

3. International Wire Transfer--for payment from non-US banks only

4. Payment plan

Important!!! Please make any checks out to Case Western Reserve University and include your 7-digit student number and "Fall 2025  Dental Tuition" on the memo line.

This address differs from the PO box address on their website, but they do want the dental tuition checks mailed to this address above.
