CWRU Student ID Cards

Please submit your ID photo anytime between now and Friday, July 11, 2025!   https://case.edu/access-services/case1card/photo

Please refer to the guidelines and directions on the page linked above to submit your photo online!

Anyone who has had a CWRU ID card prior to this must go to Access services to turn in your old ID before receiving a new  graduate student one. Previous CWRU undergrad students may need a new grad ID card or they may tell you to keep your current ID.  If you already have a CWRU graduate student ID, you do not need to do anything.  That ID will still work.  If you have any questions, please email access@case.edu or call 216-368-2273.

Please note:  I will pick up your ID's as a group and have them ready for you at the start of orientation.  If you wish to pick up your ID yourself at Access Services, please submit your photo online at least two weeks before trying to pick it up.  If you need your ID before the start of orientation, please let me know.
