Transcripts

The ADA (American Dental Association) requires that we have official transcripts reflecting all undergraduate/graduate coursework you have taken and any degrees earned.  If you attended multiple schools, we must have an official transcript from each and every school attended even though the coursework may appear as transfer credit on another school’s transcript.  There may be a hold placed on your account if we do not have all transcripts. We do have access to and can download most of the transcripts you submitted to AADSAS.  We will need a new transcript from any school at which you have taken a class since you submitted your application or academic update to AADSAS and/or from any school at which you earn a degree that was not posted on the original transcript you submitted to AADSAS.

--If you completed all coursework and all degrees were posted to your transcripts before you submitted your application to AADSAS, you do not need to submit any other transcript.  We should have access to all complete, final transcripts through AADSAS.

--If you are expecting to earn a degree after spring term and you do not plan to take any summer courses, please wait until the degree has posted before sending your final transcript.  You will need to submit the transcript from the college at which you earn your degree and any other colleges you may have taken a course at after you submitted your application to AADSAS.

--If you are taking spring and summer classes, please have a transcript sent after your spring grades have posted and also send an email to brs12@case.edu telling us that you are taking summer classes.  We will need a final transcript after the summer courses are completed as well.

If your school has the option to send a secure PDF or e-transcript of your official transcript by email, please send them to brs12@case.edu.  This method is strongly preferred.  Canadian transcripts can be sent to me through MyCreds.

If your school does not have the option of sending an official transcript by email, please have them sent to:
