Transcripts

For the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine:

We require all students to provide us with official transcripts showing completion of all work indicated on your AMCAS application. This includes verification of receipt of all degrees plus verification of any post-baccalaureate courses.  Therefore, please provide us with the official transcripts bearing the seal and signature of the Registrar documenting these items.  Official transcripts must come directly from the institution.  These transcripts will become a part of your permanent medical school record. 

We accept e-transcripts and hard copies.  Transcripts should be sent to our office after completion of all academic work and no later than two weeks before matriculation. Please note we must receive an official transcript from each of the universities you attended (as listed on your application). 

Please do not send transcripts until you decide to Commit to Enroll on or before  June 1, 2026 and no later than July 2, 2026.

Transcripts submitted to AMCAS at the time you filed your primary application were retained by the service for their use and were not sent to us.
