We are very excited to meet you in person for our Second Look event on Thursday, April 16th and Friday, April 17th!  

Hotel for Second Look:

CCLCM will cover the cost of a one night hotel stay on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at the Tudor Arms Cleveland hotel.   Once you have completed the Second Look form under the "Registration" tab, Julie Hale will arrange your stay with the hotel and send you the reservation number.  Please indicate your desired check in and check out dates on the Second Look form.   We will book the reservation for you to ensure you have the same room for each night of your stay.  Please note that you will need to guarantee payment of any incidental room charges (parking, telephone calls, room service, etc.) by presenting a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in at the hotel.

If there are any changes regarding your check in/check out dates, please contact Julie Hale directly at halej6@ccf.org as soon as possible.  

Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 10:00 am in the hotel.  Please eat breakfast prior to boarding the shuttle at 8:15 am on Friday, April 17th.  (Please eat breakfast on your own prior to arriving on Thursday, April 16th).     

If you are staying an extra night (either 4/15 or 4/16),  please indicate this on the google form and I will create the reservation for you so that you have the same room for each night.  Please note the room rate is $159 plus 17.5% taxes.

Check-In (if staying the night of Thursday, 4/16/26 only):

Please arrive to the hotel prior to 9:30 am on Thursday, April 16th and ask the front desk if you are able to have an early check in.   If not, please give them your luggage to store behind the front desk.   The Shuttle will arrive at 9:45 am to pick you all up and take you to the Health Education Campus.  If you are not able to check in, upon arrival, the shuttle will bring you back to the hotel at 5:0 pm so that you can check in and get ready for the social event at that time.  

You can request late check out  for Friday morning but this cannot be guaranteed. Please check with the front desk on 4/16/26 to see if this is possible.  

Check-Out (if departing Friday, 4/17/26 only):

Breakfast is served starting at 7:00 am and will be included in the room rate on Friday morning.  Please eat breakfast and check out prior to boarding the shuttle at 8:15 am on Friday.  If the late check out request cannot be accommodated, please store your items behind the front desk.  The shuttle will take you back to the hotel at 2:15 pm on Friday, April 17th.   

Dress Attire:

Business Casual for Thursday sessions (9:45 am - 5:00 pm) and Friday sessions (8:15 am - 2:15 pm)

Casual Attire for Thursday evening Social Event at The Corner Alley (6:30 pm - 8:30 pm) 

Travel:

CCLCM will arrange for a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off at the Hotel and Health Education Campus during the indicated times.  If you are arriving outside of these times, please park in the JJ Garage (directions below).

Parking: Use the Cleveland Clinic JJ Garage located on East 93rd directly across the street from the Health Education Campus Samson Pavilion.  Please take a white ticket upon entry into the parking garage. A parking voucher will be provided by CCLCM, if needed. Upon exit, please scan the voucher first, then the white ticket.  

Drop off: If you will arrive to the Health Education Campus via Uber/Lyft, please have them park in front of our building on E.93rd St in the parking spaces for drop-off.  You must enter through the main doors on E. 93rd and press the button on the intercom.  Please let Security know you are here for the CCLCM Second Look event.

• Enter the building at the West Entrance on E. 93rd Street; please note the Samson Pavilion now requires badge access to enter. Please press the button and let Security know you are here for the CCLCM Second Look Event.
