Carrabec Community School

Troy Dunphy, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

Directors Present: Judi Dunphy, Amy Price, Troy Dunphy, Pamela Mitchell, Larry Dunphy, Eric Ewing, Kevin Sousa, David Royce, Robert Lindblom, and Laura Layman.

Directors absent with notification: Heather Longley

Directors Absent without notification: Grace Carreiro, Bobbi Sue Harrington, and Deron Whittemore

Staff Members Present: 3

Students Present: 0

Citizens Present: 1

Agenda Item #1 TO SEE IF THE BOARD WILL APPROVE A $3,500.00 SURCHARGE ON THE FY22 SCHOOL BUS PURCHASE.

Upon motion by Robert Lindblom and seconded by Laura Layman the Board voted 9-1 to approve a $3,500.00 surcharge on the FY22 school bus. Motion passed.

The Board Chair declared the meeting adjourned at 6:35 pm.
