Canyons operates official ski schools in Nozawa Onsen, Yuzawa, Myoko, and Minakami. All of these resorts are rich in traditional Japanese culture and are renowned for endless deep powder days.

We offer one of the highest pay rates in japan based on experience and certifications. We also offer staff accommodation, a free season pass, staff training throughout the season and other perks like discounted or free lift tickets in other resorts and discounted AST (avalanche) certifications.
