Title I Monthly Budget Report 

• • Add to Title I Budget Reports Google Folder.

  • Print and upload on the first business day of the month.

  • Upload as a PDF as 2025-2026 School Name Title I January Budget

  • This is your LINQ budget report pulled by your bookkeeper for Title I (050) funds only for the year 2026

  • Complete by January 4.

Federal Time Certification - BOY

• A form with backup documentation will be sent to you by Crystal Blumich.

• Please sign and date the form and return the original (with supporting documentation) to Crystal Blumich.

• Crystal will upload the form and documentation. (Element 5)

Self-Monitoring Instrument and Desk Audit 

Schools complete the self-monitoring instrument once each year.  This instrument allows schools to see their progress and to identify areas that may need additional focus.  It also gives schools the opportunity to review the documentation that has been collected for the current year.

• • Documentation needed:

    • Completed self-monitoring and desk audit with detailed notes.  (The link will force you to make a copy for your school.)

    • Upload as a PDF document in the Title I Documentation folders as 2025-2026 School Name Self-Monitoring Instrument

    • Complete and upload by January 31. (Element 5)
