Title I Monthly Budget Report 

Parent and Family Engagement Event (PAC 3)-(if not completed previously)

Participating schools implement strategies to build parent capacity for supporting student learning at home.  Engagement events include one or more of the following:

Engagement events allow parents to become equal partners with the school and build communication between the home and the school.  Title I schools have a minimum of two schoolwide meetings/events per year.  (Element 5, 6, 11)

Parent Survey

Parent surveys assist schools in gathering feedback and input for the development of parent and family engagement plans and activities, school improvement plans, and other related plans.  Results of the parent surveys may be included in the Comprehensive Needs Assessment.

Parent Advisory Council Meeting (PAC 4)

Annual schoolwide meeting to gather input from parents and stakeholders during planning for the next school year.  This meeting is held near the end of the current school year.  During this meeting, parents and families will have the opportunity to discuss possible uses of Title I funding during the next school year; review and suggest improvements to the Parent Family Engagement (PFE) Policy and the Student Parent School Compact; and provide input for school improvement planning.   (Elements 1,3, 6, 11)

Report Card Attestation for 2023-2024

Each parent is provided information annually detailing the academic achievement of the school.  The NC School Report Card is used to provide parents with the most recent school information.  Parents are given information on how to access the website for the school report card.  Parents without internet access must be provided an alternate means of accessing the report card or provided with a copy or screenshots of the snapshot/summary.   (Element 6)
