Vision:
The Mt. Hope High School Library should be a learning commons where students will demonstrate mastery of academic competencies with the knowledge and skills necessary to be collaborative, complex, critical thinkers. Empowered with voice and choice, students will be provided with challenging and personalized learning opportunities that are inquiry driven and standards aligned. In collaboration, teachers and librarians will leverage technology to enhance and support instruction, delivering content in innovative ways to foster deeper, more authentic learning, while preparing students for success in work and life in the 21st Century.

8:00-2:40 pm* and 2:40-5:15 through the Extended Day Program
Pass Policy:
Students need a signed Mt. Hope High School pass to enter the library.
Structured Resource Center teachers can send 8 students from study hall on the SRC | Library Pass. If more than 8 students want to come to the library, call the library (x3241 or x3236) to see if there is room for additional students.

Circulation Policy:
Books and other library materials are checked out for a 28 day loan period. Overdue notices are not printed - they are emailed.
Library Catalog:
The library’s online public access catalog (OPAC) is available on the library’s website and from the Follett RICAT (Mt. Hope) app available on LaunchPad.
Interlibrary Loan:
Interlibrary loan is available. We belong to RILINK a statewide school library network and have borrowing privileges from other school libraries in the state through RICAT our online public access catalog (OPAC).
