Aspen Beginning of the Year Checklist                                                                

• Review Beginning of the year folder in Google Drive Link can be found HERE

• Review and instruct all students on our Cell Phone Expectations:   YONDR Purpose/procedure 

• Review and sign off on all your students' 504's  

  • All 504 information is now found in Aspen, look for the document icon by the student's name

• Review all your students' IEP information :  Some IEP information is now available in Aspen

• Set up voicemail on your classroom and/or office telephones  

• Set up Google Classroom for each class and share codes for all classes within the first week of school

• Set up grade-book

• Provide Department Chairs with all course syllabi within the first week of school

• All teachers must wear their ID Badges at all times when in the building
