Employee Assistance Program:

Bristol Warren Regional School District is contracted with AllOne Health, to provide the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits for all employees, dependents, and household members.

We recognize that personal concerns can complicate your life at home and on the job. These concerns may include illness, stress, marital or relationship difficulties, alcohol and drug abuse, personal legal or financial issues, grief and loss, or dependent care needs. The Employee Assistance Program is available to help you address these and other personal challenges.

Here are a few facts about the EAP:

• It is 100% confidential. The personal concerns of employees are private matters and are never discussed with the employer.

• It is safe. Using the program will not affect your job, your reputation, or your status with the school.

• It is easy to use. Simply call 1-800-451-1834, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am –5:00 pm to set up an appointment. In the event of an emergency, you can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and speak to a counselor.

• The phone call and the services are free. This employee benefit is provided at no cost to employees.

• It is professional. The EAP counselors are licensed and specifically trained to help with your concerns and, when necessary, refer you to additional appropriate resources.

The EAP offers three (3) free counseling sessions at locations throughout the United States, connecting employees and their families with counselors within their geographic locations. Some people find that the EAP benefit is sufficient to resolve their problems. Should additional resources and sessions be required, the EAP also refers to providers accepting your health insurance plan for continued care.

The EAP also offers legal and financial consultations and assistance by telephone, and in person. In addition, the EAP has an excellent Work/Life website for information on a wide variety of topics, on-line courses, and an on-line search engine for child and eldercare.
