Information Regarding Field Trips and Assemblies

When planning an assembly for one or more grades and/or planning a field trip, please be sure to do the following:

1. Inform the staff as soon as the date is confirmed (at least one week in advance whenever possible) and again the day before as a reminder 

2. The communication should include: Name of Assembly (or Name of Field Trip), Date, Day (A,B,C,D), period (1,2,3,4), time, and those who will be attending.  

3.  Include any additional details as needed
