Summer Hours
Summer school office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00p.m. Monday - Thursday. If we missed you, feel free to leave a message on our voicemail at (502)869-7200 and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Normal hours resume July 31st.

Homeroom Assignments
Student homeroom assignments were announced on May 26th at our Transition Day for K-4th grade students with completed online registration. Families of new or returning students who have completed OLR AND submitted all required documentation may stop by the front office to learn who their child's homeroom teacher will be for 23-24 school year!

Get Involved at Roby!
Requirements for volunteering at Roby:
Background check on file with the school
$10 fee
Copy of driver's license
Complete brief orientation with volunteer coordinator and agree to follow expectations and guidelines of both the school and business or location of field trip if appropriate.
There are many ways to get involved in our school community. If you are interested in getting involved at Roby, complete THIS FORM or reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator, Ms. Shannon Reid, if you have any questions!
Level Up Your Learning @ K TRANSITION READINESS CAMP
Date: July 24-26th
Time: 8:30-11:30am
Location: Roby Elementary
Who: Roby students going into Kindergarten for the 23-24 school year
Students must be pre-registered by July 13th to attend the camp! CLICK HERE to register for the camp. Parents must have completed their child's online registration for the 23-24 school year for their student to attend. Students entering Kindergarten will receive a backpack from our FRC! **while supplies last**

K Kick Off
Date: July 24th
Time: 5-7pm
Location: Paroquet Springs
Who: All BCPS Kindergarten Students
Make sure to stop by the Roby Elementary School table and visit our Kindergarten team to pick up your goodie bag sponsored by our FRC!
GAME ON! Title 1 Open House & Family Mingle
Date: August 7th
Time: K & 1st Grade - 5:30-6:30pm
2nd Grade - 5th Grade 6:30 - 7:30pm
Family Mingle (all grades) 7:30pm
Location: Roby Elementary Gym
Come out and meet your child's homeroom teacher and the other Caregivers that your child will be working with throughout their Roby experience!
Bring $10 for a class shirt and $35 for annual chromebook fees!
