To ensure a smooth and efficient syllabus recalibration and review process, each department (Main Campus) and cluster (Satellite Campus) is encouraged to book its own syllabus review schedule. This approach allows for focused discussions, timely feedback, and closer alignment with the University’s academic standards.
Booking Guidelines for the Main Campus
Each department can reserve a schedule for the recalibration and review. Select one (1) schedule only (either TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY or FRIDAY), either AM or PM, whichever is available.
Departments are encouraged to coordinate internally prior to booking to avoid conflicts.
Only two (2) departments per week will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking Guidelines for the Satellite Campus
Each cluster is allowed to book one (1) time slot on a Wednesday only.
To reserve a one-day recalibration and review schedule, select WEDNESDAY only.
Clusters are encouraged to coordinate internally prior to booking to avoid conflicts.
Only one (1) cluster per week will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking Procedure
To book the schedule:
Select your preferred Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday (For Main Campus); and Wednesday (Satellite Cluster)
Enter your name and department/cluster.

Note: All departments/cluster must prepare and upload the scanned copy of draft syllabi already reviewed at the program level to the designated Google Drive prior to the scheduled recalibration and review. Draft syllabi must be based on the approved prospectus.
No uploaded/Incomplete draft syllabus = Not prioritized for recalibration and review schedule.

⚠️Cancellation Policy
If your department or cluster is unable to utilize the reserved slot, please cancel your booking as early as possible to allow other units to take the slot. Cancellations may be done through your Google Calendar or the email used for booking.
