Weekly Booking Guidelines for Departments 📅

In preparation for the upcoming First Semester of SY 2025–2026, the scheduling of the syllabus review sessions for all academic programs is now open.

To ensure a smooth and efficient review process, we encourage each department to book their syllabus review schedule. This approach will allow focused discussions, timely feedback, and better alignment with the university’s academic standards.

1. Each department is allowed to book a time slot on one Monday only. To book the week-long schedule, select MONDAY only, either AM or PM, whichever is available. Kindly coordinate within your department to choose accordingly.

2.  Only two departments can be accommodated per week on a first-come, first-served basis.
   One (1) department should select a morning (AM) slot, and the other (1) department should select an afternoon (PM) slot.

3. To book the week-long schedule:

   1. • Select your preferred Monday only, either AM or PM

      • Enter your name and your department.
        
        

⚠️ Please note: Programs that are scheduled for ISO and AACCUP evaluations will be prioritized during the first two (2) weeks of August 2025. The following programs or departments do not need to book their schedule as they have been scheduled for the first two weeks of August:
+ All COE Programs
+ All LLD Programs
+ Math Program

4. If your department is unable to use the reserved slot, kindly cancel your booking as early as possible to give others the opportunity. You can cancel your booking either on your Google Calendar or Email used for booking.
