Becci is an independent VAWG consultant, trainer and domestic homicide review chair. She has 22 years’ experience working across the charity sector, VAWG, supported housing, and criminal justice, in both front line and management roles. She has been a trustee for Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse and Circles South East. She has experience working with high risk and sexual offenders since 2007 and was the interim operational lead for the support pathway of Project Vigilant for Circles South East in 2023.
She specialised in domestic abuse from 2017 when she managed Oxfordshire and West Berkshire Domestic Abuse Services. She has worked independently since 2019, chairing four domestic homicide reviews, designing and delivering VAWG/domestic abuse training, and working with local authorities on needs assessments and strategy development, as well as other bespoke projects for charities and local authorities. She also facilitates survivor groupwork programmes and provides direct specialist advocacy for survivors of domestic abuse.
